Jake's Coffee Bar was born from a simple conviction: coffee deserves to be treated as an art form. Nestled on 3rd Street in the heart of Santa Cruz, we've built a space where the ritual of coffee — from bean to brew — is honored at every step.

We source exclusively from certified organic, shade-grown farms and roast in small batches to preserve the unique character of each origin. Our emerald-draped interior, warm lighting, and carefully curated soundscape create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and deeply welcoming.
